Missions at Grace At Grace Community Church, we support missions; foreign, domestic and local. It has always been our goal that 50% of ALL gifts/tithes given to Grace will be sent out for missions in our community and beyond. We take the Great Commission seriously, and seek to be good stewards of the gifts entrusted to us. Henry Blackaby's Experiencing God has taught us "to find out where God is working and join Him".
Local Missions: Alleghany Pregnancy Crisis Center - (Ronda Patrick & Tammy Mason) We support this local ministry monthly, as well as providing various volunteers and having many church members who serve on this board of directors. What a precious gift this ministry is to our community! Solid Rock Food Closet - Monthly support, as well as providing volunteers for the month of September Samaritan's Purse (Boone, NC) - One of our favorites at Grace! Last year, we packed over 2,000 shoeboxes at 4 packing parties, and received letters from recipients all over the world. This organization also provides local disaster support, such as after Hurricane Helene. Local Needs Within the Community - As determined by the Elders, at least $500 monthly to those in need, whether in our fellowship or our local community.
